Zack Exley has been behind some of the biggest people-powered campaigns in U.S history, including Obama's Presidential campaign in 2008 and Bernie Sanders’ 2016 primary.

He was also the co-founder of Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress, the campaigns which led to the election of visionary new leaders like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Ann Capling is a political scientist who came out of retirement to co-found Voices of Kooyong at the last Federal election.

Ann was a driving force behind transforming this volunteer run community group into the campaign that unseated Treasurer Josh Frydenberg and elected Dr Monique Ryan.

Byron Fay is Executive Director of Climate 200. He is a climate strategist, former Paris Agreement negotiator and former adviser to Independent Senator Tim Storer. Byron also worked for a Biden-aligned Political Action Committee during the 2020 US presidential election, and is a proud descendant of the Dharug Nation.
