If you can, include a CV, but don’t delay applying to perfect it. We may ask the most promising candidates to complete an interview and a short task. We will try to get back to you ASAP, but the reason we’re hiring is because we don’t have much staff capacity at the moment so please forgive us if we’re not immediate.
We are trying to change politics, including its lack of diversity. We’re aware that those with more experience in politics and campaigning are often those who have the privilege to get that experience, so we’d like to encourage folks from all backgrounds to apply; we will do our best to hire for talent over experience.
Climate 200 is small and entrepreneurial. Success will require everyone involved to be proactive and flexible. These roles will evolve over time, and you will often find yourself doing work that is not listed in your position description if it’s the most urgent and important priority.
