Climate 200 accepts donations in accordance with applicable Commonwealth, state and territory electoral laws, including donor eligibility, donation limits and disclosure requirements.
Where required by law, Climate 200 will collect and maintain appropriate records and disclose donations to the relevant electoral authority in accordance with applicable legislation.
Acceptance of a donation does not imply endorsement of a donor's personal views, conduct, business activities or other interests.
Acceptance of a donation does not confer any right to influence or direct the activities, decisions, positions or priorities of Climate 200 or the candidates it supports.
Climate 200 reserves the right to refuse or return donations at any time.
