In October this year, Australians will be asked to vote in a referendum to recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by enshrining an Indigenous Voice to Parliament in the constitution. The Voice will allow Indigenous Australians to have a say on issues that affect them.

Climate 200 is holding an event to update our donors on our involvement with the Voice and why we’re supporting local community groups to campaign for a ‘YES’ vote. 

This will provide an opportunity for our supporters to ask us questions about this work, to report back to our donors about how we are using their donations – 94% of whom support the yes campaign – to participate more actively in the actions needed to help persuade their friends, colleagues and networks.
